The likelihood of people with AI skills replacing those without is increasing. As AI becomes embedded in every company and application, those who fail to adapt risk being left behind. We’re entering an era where upgrading skills isn’t optional—it’s essential.
I totally agree, but I’m curious your opinion if AI will ultimately create more jobs or less. It seems corps will be able to accomplish much more with substantially fewer people once AI is fully integrated.
I believe every industry will be affected differently, but overall, there will be fewer jobs. Automation has already reshaped the workforce in the past, but this time, it's on a whole new level.
